Barbeque And Grilling

First off, I went here recently I have no clue what day it was within the last couple of weeks...it's still there so that's all you need to know. In Alexandria this is my go to place for barbecue. They have a lot of menu options, my particular favorite is the three meats platter special with a choice of two sides.

The meats consists of beef brisket, pulled chicken, and minced pork. For the sides I am partial to the mac and cheese and baked beans what else. The mac and cheese is made with the big shells or big head shells cuz they will have your dome swirling with that cheesy deliciousness. The star of the trio is the pulled chicken you would think, "oh pulled chicken they're are being lazy" nope that has chick chick would have KFC wondering how do you all make that! The beef brisket is tight too.

I'm docking them a star only because when I order the platter I need more meat, me being a carnivore and all I need enough to make me pop, I only catch a little -itis with the special. I gladly say this part of VA has a shining beacon in Rocklands now if they could just open up another restaurant out of the "cut" they'd be in the pocket. DC slang sorry!!
