Grand Rapids, Mich. (WOTV) - Burgers and barbeques go hand in hand but ABC’s The Chew’s Daphne Oz’s magical marinade will make your grilled vegetables the star of the show!
Nothing says summer like grilled veggies here’s a quick and easy marinade that will be a showstopper at your next barbeque!
  • In a food processor, grind up pine nuts with olive oil, lemon and fresh herb like basil or mint. You can add in a little lemon zest. Adding nuts to a marinade is a great way to add richness to vegetables.
  • Place your vegetables in a bowl and pour over the beautiful marinade.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 30 minutes
  • Place your marinaded vegetables on the grill until charred. Feel free to brush more marinade on if necessary.
